Founder

Jennifer Bradford is a dynamic healthcare leader and the visionary co-founder of Desert Hearts Home Care. With over 20 years of experience in senior care, hospice, multi-site operations, and property management, Jennifer brings unmatched passion and operational expertise to her role.
Her personal journey as a caregiver for both her father and son, who faced life-threatening illnesses, inspired her to build a company rooted in empathy, dignity, and respect. Under her leadership, Desert Hearts has grown into a trusted provider of non-medical home care services, recognized for its personalized approach, strong community ties, and unwavering commitment to helping individuals remain safe, supported, and independent in the comfort of home.
As CEO, Jennifer leads with purpose—driving strategy, empowering caregivers, and ensuring every client receives care that honors their unique needs and story.
Laurie Morales
Director of Care Operations

Lori serves as the Director of Operations at Desert Hearts Home Care, where she brings over 22 years of experience in the medical field. As a dedicated Medical Assistant for more than two decades, Lori has developed a deep understanding of patient care, clinical operations, and healthcare coordination. Her passion for caring for and helping others is at the core of everything she does, guiding her leadership and commitment to excellence. Lori’s extensive hands-on experience, combined with her compassionate approach, allows her to support both clients and care teams in delivering high-quality, patient-centered home care services.
Mikayla Woods
Senior Care Coordinator

Mikayla is the operations lead at Desert Hearts Home Care, bringing compassion, leadership, and a strong background in customer service and healthcare. She began her caregiving journey after her father’s cancer diagnosis during her teenage years, which inspired her passion for helping others. Since entering the senior care field in 2020, she has supported clients with dementia and terminal illnesses, while managing staff training, scheduling, and day-to-day care operations. A devoted wife and mother, Mikayla works alongside her sister, Jennifer Bradford, striving to provide quality, personalized care rooted in dignity and respect.
Bethany Gordon
HR Generalist
Administrative Assistant

Bethany began her career in healthcare in 2012 after earning her CNA certification and working in a memory care unit specializing in Dementia and Alzheimer’s care. She continued to expand her skills by becoming a Certified Caregiver and taking on the role of Med Tech/Caregiver in an assisted living setting. Driven to grow both professionally and academically, Bethany earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2020. In February 2024, she joined Desert Hearts Nursing and Home Care as an Administrative Assistant. Originally from Kingman, Arizona, where she lived for 40 years, Bethany recently relocated to Show Low to be closer to her parents. She now works remotely and enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children, granddaughter, and extended family.
Tori Adams
Compliance Coordinator

With over 15 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in caregiving, Tori brings a unique blend of compassion, professionalism, and dedication to her role as Intake Services Coordinator. Her journey in the home care industry began as a caregiver, where she spent four years providing hands-on support and forming meaningful connections with clients and their families.
Tori’s commitment to excellence and her natural ability to connect with others quickly led to her promotion. In her current role, she ensures that each client receives personalized, high-quality care that meets their individual needs. Her deep understanding of both the caregiving and administrative sides of home care allows her to effectively support clients, families, and care staff alike.

Her deep knowledge of aging-related issues—particularly in the areas of dementia and Alzheimer's education—makes her a trusted resource and compassionate advocate. Hallie is especially passionate about supporting both Veterans and Seniors, dedicating her time and expertise to bringing joy, hope, and practical guidance to those in need. Whether through education, outreach, or one-on-one support, she is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
